Elegant, enveloping wine made from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It takes its name from the location of the Santa Maria delle Grazie shrine, at the foot of the hill atop which stands the main house belonging to Fattoria di Montecchio.
In 2016 were produced 4.000 bottles of Pietracupa Rosso Toscano I.G.T.

15-20 days of fermentation with the skins at a temperature of 28-30 °C; followed by malolactic fermentation in barriques; aging period of 12 months in 225 lt barriques.
