An elegant and enveloping wine obtained from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Named after the site of the Marian sanctuary of Santa Maria delle Grazie, at the foot of the hill on which the Fattoria di Montecchio manor house rises.

spurred cordon

Fermentation and maturing
15-20 days of fermentation on the skins at 28-30°C, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel; matur for 6/8 months in 225 lt; french oak barriques

approx. 12 months
